Studio based jeweller, DAVID CRUIKSHANK has been working with titanium for over two decades. The properties of titanium are such that it cannot be worked in the same way as gold and silver. David has developed a number of highly skilled ways of utilising the very beautiful colour and durable qualities of titanium in conjunction with precious metals. He is considered a master craftsman - one of a handful of practitioners in Australia whose hand skills are sufficiently developed to handle the fashioning of titanium as a jewellery material.
